# The Son's Promise: What We Guarantee Every Family 

These aren't aspirations. These are commitments.

### CLEAN

Every bathroom, every cabin, every common area — cleaned and checked daily. If you find something that doesn't meet your standards, tell us and we'll fix it immediately. No excuses.

### CONTROLLED

We limit capacity at every property. You will have space. You will have shade. You will not feel like you're at a crowded theme park.

### FAMILY-ONLY

We do not rent to groups without children. Period. No bachelor parties, no college trips, no exceptions. The vibe you're hoping for is the vibe you'll get.

### ENFORCED

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Disruptive behavior gets one warning, then removal. We don't post rules we won't enforce.

### TRANSPARENT

The price you see is the price you pay. No resort fees. No surprise charges. No nickel-and-diming. We'll tell you what's included and what's not before you book.

### SAFE

Calm, clear water. Life jackets provided for all ages. Staff on-site during operating hours. We design for the safety of your littlest ones.
