    The Role

    The Tubing Shuttle Transportation Attendant is responsible for safely transporting guests between designated pickup/drop-off points and tubing access locations, while delivering a friendly, organized, and efficient guest experience. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position and reports to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager(s).

    Shuttle Operations

    • Safely operate company shuttle vehicles along assigned routes and schedules
    • Perform timely guest pickup and drop-off at designated locations
    • Assist with guest loading/unloading and ensure guests are seated safely before departure
    • Maintain clear communication with onsite teams regarding shuttle flow and guest volume

    Guest Experience

    • Provide friendly directions and basic tubing information (where to go, what to bring, timing expectations)
    • Help manage lines and keep loading areas orderly during peak periods
    • Support a family-friendly environment and handle guest concerns calmly, escalating when needed

    Safety & Compliance

    • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times
    • Conduct pre-shift and post-shift vehicle checks (fuel/charge, lights, tires, cleanliness, basic condition)
    • Report vehicle issues, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to management

    Vehicle & Area Readiness

    • Keep shuttles clean and guest-ready (trash removal, quick wipe-downs, window checks)
    • Help maintain cleanliness and organization at shuttle stops and staging areas
    • Assist with minor operational tasks as needed to keep tubing transport running smoothly

    Education/Training/Experience

    • Customer service experience preferred

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL Preferred)
    • Comfortable driving frequent short routes, weekends/holidays, and working outdoors in Texas conditions
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm during high-volume rushes
    • Able to stand, walk, and help guests with loading/unloading as needed
    • Basic computer skills
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
    • Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings
    • Work with minimal supervision
    • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
    • Ability to maintain a Driver's License to operate company work carts

    Physical Demands

    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position
    • Regularly move throughout the park
    • Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl, walk in a hot environment
    • Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc.
    • Constant exposure to outside weather conditions
